RETURNS 


We must receive the returned goods in re-saleable condition within 7 days of receipt of delivery, with receipt of proof of purchase.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.

Customers must cover the cost of returns shipping. For your protection, we suggest you return goods via registered post with a tracking number, as The G Boutique will not be responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit.

We offer a refund or exchange service but we can’t refund your original postage cost.

We do not accept returns on sale items.

and enclose your receipt/packing slip.

Refund Procedure

Once the all criteria of the returns procedure have been met, we will refund your payment within 3-5 working days of receiving your item. Gift Cards and Jewellery are non refundable.

As a small business, it’s really important we keep on top of our inventory levels. If you plan on returning an item, we’d appreciate it if you could call ahead and let us know. This way we can offer the item to another customer.

Please contact The G Boutique directly on +353 (0) 69 69207 before returning any items by post. We reserve the right to refuse return if not contacted prior to receiving any item.

Kindly be aware that this refund policy pertains solely to items purchased online and does not extend to any products purchased in-store as these items are exclusively available for in-store purchase. 

For details regarding our in-store return policy, kindly refer to the receipt provided after each transaction conducted in-store.
